Shallot Vinaigrette

A perfect, year-round salad dress and base that is made with shallots macerated in vinegar mixed with kalamata olive oil and twists of fresh ground black peppercorns. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 shallot (diced small)
  • 3 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • fresh ground black pepper

Directions

  • Combine diced shallot and seasoned rice wine vinegar to a bowl and let stand for 20 minutes
  • Add olive oil and season with a few twists of fresh ground black pepper
